Once a product is purchased and delivered, it is immediately accessible, which means refunds are handled carefully and fairly.

Eligibility for Refunds

Because our products are digital and licensed, we do not offer automatic refunds.
However, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

  • The product does not function as described on the product page
  • A technical issue prevents the plugin from working on a supported setup
  • Our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time

Before any refund is approved, you must allow us the opportunity to review and troubleshoot the issue.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
